1. Create a Label
In your Coach app, you'll find the "Athlete Picker" in the bottom-right corner of the home screen, the Cockpit.

Here, you can create any labels that primarily serve to help you organize your athletes.
For example, if you have different teams or genders that you want to view separately, labels like "U17," "National Teams," or "Men" can be helpful.
Athletes can also have multiple labels, such as "U17" and "Men."
The secondary purpose of labels is to identify the athletes to whom you want to assign a subscription via an order code.
You can either create a temporary label (e.g., "Subscription") and add all athletes who should receive a subscription or use your existing labels.
2. Add Athletes to a Label
Add the desired athletes to a label, either directly through the "Athlete Picker" (as shown above) under the respective label or within the athlete profiles themselves (see below).

3a. Select a Label in the "Athlete Picker"
When you select a specific label, the app will only display the respective athletes, allowing you to quickly browse the information relevant to those athletes.
3b. Assign Subscriptions
You can only do this, after you added athletes to your label(s).
Now that you've grouped all athletes under one or more labels for subscription purposes, you can assign subscriptions via https://link.athlyts.com/assign.
You have to repeat this process when you have new athletes requiring a subscription.
Athletes who already have a subscription will automatically be ignored during the re-assignment, so no need to remove them from your labels beforehand.
